The narrative follows Jeong Seok, portrayed by Park Eun-Bin, an exemplary neurosurgeon whose world unravels when she uncovers a shocking betrayal from her mentor. Left with no medical license, she takes to performing underground surgeries for society’s marginalized individuals. Her past returns to haunt her when her former mentor approaches her for assistance, presenting Jeong with a profound moral dilemma: to utilize her skills for payback or to continue her mission of aiding the overlooked.
