Meanwhile, Karol G, who has gained widespread recognition for her empowering songs about self-love and resilience, claimed the award for Hot Latin Songs Artist of the Year, Female, as well as Top Latin Albums Artist of the Year, Female. Her album Mañana Será Bonito also won Top Latin Album of the Year, a testament to her artistry and fan following.
Among the many winners, Peso Pluma stood out in the Artist of the Year, New category, a category in which he triumphed against formidable contenders. Meanwhile, Karol G’s collaboration with Shakira on “TQG” earned them recognition in various categories, including Hot Latin Song of the Year and Hot Latin Song of the Year, Vocal Event.
The awards night also recognized major crossover hits, with Marshmello winning Crossover Artist of the Year.
